Comsoft direct expands to Belgium

Rotkreuz/Hamont-Achel, 1 March 2010 - Switzerland's Comsoft direct AG has expanded its international presence with a new company in Belgium. With this latest addition, Bechtle AG's subsidiary now operates in five European countries.

Within the Bechtle Group, Comsoft direct is the software licensing and software asset management specialist. Comsoft direct has been certified numerous times and is therefore able to offer manufacturer-independent, customised solutions.

Expansion in the Benelux countries
"With the new Comsoft direct subsidiary in Belgium, we are aiming to tap into the success enjoyed by our established sister company in the Netherlands", explains Patrick Pulver, head of the new Comsoft direct office in Hamont-Achel. The company will initially consist of three employees including Raymond Beijen and Patrick Konings, each with many years' experience in the software field and well-founded expertise in licensing. Already existing contacts with customers and contracts of the Comsoft-SOS Developers Benelux will be integrated into the new company.

Patrick Pulver explains: "The software offensive in a new Benelux country is an important strategic step in Comsoft direct's European expansion plans." Comsoft direct has been operating in the Netherlands since 2007and also has subsidiaries in Switzerland, Austria and France.
